Submissions and payments are processed through partner platforms — artellsmedia.com (operated by the same publisher), Kavyar, MagCloud and dpbee.ru — whose own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Removal from already printed issues is not technically possible; digital removal requests are assessed case by case.
Retention
Submission and publication records are kept while the relevant issue remains in distribution and up to 10 years thereafter (limitation periods for IP claims); correspondence up to 3 years; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with our hosting and website platform (Tilda Publishing), email providers, print-on-demand and distribution partners (MagCloud, dpbee.ru) to the extent needed to produce and distribute issues, and with public authorities where required by law.
